    We start by getting to know your firm and your unique obstacles. After an initial introduction call, we begin a thorough assessment, in order to identify your strengths and weaknesses in the realm of DEI

  • Step 2: Strategy

    After our assessment, we develop a comprehensive DEI strategy that aligns with the organization's overall mission and goals. We’ll work with you to set clear DEI objectives and targets and figure out what’s possible

  • Step 3: Resources

    Based on the developed strategy will provide a workup of company resources to make sure you have everything you need to reach your goals. These resources will cover topics such as unconscious bias, cultural sensitivity, and inclusive communication.

  • Step 4: Communication/ Outreach

    Once all the strategy and resources are set it’s time to get the buy in of your organization. We will help you develop a communication strategy for promoting DEI initiatives within your organization

  • Step 5: Track Progress

    We track the progress and impact of the our prescribed DEI initiatives by collecting data on employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

  • Step 6: Support

    DEI is a journey not a destination. And we are here to provide ongoing support and guidance as you move forward.
